Most board portals price in tiers or per user. That looks cheap at entry level and gets more expensive as the circle grows — the auditor at year-end, the deputy who needs to read the material, the co-opted adviser. We've opted out of that model. One plan, one price, full platform access.
Full access to the entire platform — meetings and minutes, document archive, forum, tasks, digital signing and role-based permissions. There is no feature ladder and nothing unlocks at a higher tier.
No. The price is the same regardless of how many directors, deputies, co-opted attendees or auditors you invite. That's the most common difference from vendors who price per user.
Monthly billing by card. The base plan has a three-month commitment, after which it continues monthly and can be cancelled at the next month-end.
No, we have no self-service trial. Instead we walk through the tool against your actual board year before you decide.
The digital share register, share issuance and contract generator are in development and are not part of today's functionality. When they launch they're included in the plan at no extra cost.
All data is stored and processed within the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access and a full audit trail. We are GDPR compliant.
You keep access for the rest of the period and can export everything before cancelling. After that your data is securely deleted within 30 days.
